Installation of the Autoload JR. series Material Transfer System
is extremely easy and requires tools only to install the machine mounting
plate and the control unit.
- Remove the existing hopper from the machine.
- Install the Custom Mounting Plate to the machine. The bolt hole configuration
should already match your machine.
- Place the Autoload JR. Receiver Assembly on the Custom Mounting Adapter
so the inlet port runs parallel with the machine axis.
- Mount the Single Controller Assembly to the back side of the machine so
the plug on the sensor will reach the female receptacle on the Single Controller
Assembly. Also ensure the air valve is facing the area material will be
loaded from.
- Push one end of the 3/8" polyflow tubing into the fitting on the
Single Controller Assembly and the other end into the elbow fitting on the
WN-6125 or the AC-5125.
- Slide one end of the 1-1/4" Material Transfer Hose on the inlet and
tighten the clamp. Slide the other end over the Material Transfer Hose over
the the WN-6125 or the AC-5125. Keep the material transfer hose as short
as possible for optimum performance.
- Make sure the Single Controller Assembly power switch is in the OFF position
and plug the unit into the 115v AC outlet.
- Plug your air supply on the Male Coupler Plug on the Single Controller
Assembly.
- Set the air pressure to 40 psi.
- Plug the AC-5125 into the collector box tube or place the WN-6125 in your
bag, drum, or box of material.
- You are now ready to run your system. Turn the Power Switch on and watch
the material load until the sensor senses material and shuts off.

Note: For the most efficient operation please keep the material
transfer hose as short as possible and adjust the air pressure as low or as
high as needed to keep up with the cycle. This will give you the most cost
effective and trouble free operation.
It is very Important that the baffle plate be installed perpendicular
to the inlet port for proper operation of the loader.
